The Renal Complementopathy (ReCom) Database is an easy-to-use online resource designed by the clinicians and scientists at the Molecular Otolaryngology and Renal Research Laboratories (MORL). ReCom provides physicians with:

• Direct access to a Complement Consult from a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and scientists.
• Direct access to a unique opportunity to enroll patients in state-of-the-art Complement-Mediated Kidney Disease Research.

The ReCom Database functions as a portal for uploading clinical and pathological data (i.e. biopsy images) on patients with complement-mediated renal diseases: C3 Glomerulopathy (Dense Deposit Disease and C3 Glomerulonephritis) and Atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (complement-mediated TMA). The database allows the MORL Team to work closely with practicing physicians to provide CLIA-certified genetic and biomarker data to facilitate advanced diagnosis and treatment for this complicated group of patients. The ReCom Database also serves as the portal to MORL research studies, and allows both physicians and patients to participate in research as we work as a team to advance science and improve patient outcomes.
